The interview process was a three-stage process. This was fully explained in details during the first stage with the recruiter, who was nice and friendly from the start, making me feel at ease and comfortable. The second stage was with the hiring manager, it was a conversational step aimed at identifying specific skills to the role; the last stage was the cultural one, with colleagues from a different team; I found this stage the most challenging (in a positive way) with specific questions and examples to bring my experience to life. Throughout the whole process, everyone was nice and friendly and made me feel at ease, giving me the confidence to showcase my skills and experience, together with growing my interest and desire to join the team and the company
