Firstly I have some small discuss with HR.
Then I got interviewed with 2 interviewers at the same time, 1 is technical, and 1 is manager.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ELCA Informatique (Zürich) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interviewing process was highly professional, quick, and effective. Within two weeks, I had gone through an initial phone talk, coding task, on-site interview with HR, on-site technical interview, and then received a final offer.

I had a refactoring code task, which entailed improving the internal structure of the provided source code, while preserving its externally observable behavior.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ELCA Informatique (Ebène) in Dec 2021
Interview
Once the candidate applies for the advertised job, a first interview is scheduled with HR. Then if approval is obtained by HR, the candidate is summoned for a second interview with the current Manager/Lead. In some cases a third interview is scheduled (if the candidate meets the requirements) with the Lead Project Manager in charge in switzerland.
