Interview
Submission of resume by email. Arrangement of phone interview at first and a panel interview at second stage. Both stages included pretty much the same questions. Simple questions about the scientific and professional background of the applicant. The panel consists of two people. One is the manager of the company and the other one is a process engineer working at the same field of work as the applicant.
