First there was a 30min video conference where we went over my resume and experience. I was asked about salary expectations at the end and after I said my salary expectation the interviewer said ok. Fast forward next week, interviewed on site 3 hours interview, 6 interviewers, questions about experience mostly and and a site walk around. interview was quite easy. The following day one of the interviewers called me and offered 20k under my salary expectation I have previously mentioned in the first interview. I find this quite disrespectful as they've just wasted my time coming on site for half a day and interviewing if they knew they cant deliver my salary expectations. Really nothing to prepare for, just know to discuss about your experience in whatever domain that might be. Just keep in mind that wasting half of your day for an interview just to low ball you at the end isn't out of the question. Not to mention 40hrs of pto in first year then the following years 80hr is quite miserable. They also do lots of overtime (unpaid obviously since you would be salary). You decide for yourself if this is something you want to be part of. Best of luck!
