EPAM Systems’ interview process for the Informatica Cloud Data Integration role was a complete disaster. I went through four grueling technical rounds, each dragging on for over an hour. They bombarded me with tough questions on data integration, Informatica tools, and workflows, tearing apart every answer like I was supposed to be flawless. No feedback, no clarity—just relentless pressure. After surviving all that, they rejected me in the final client round, which was a disorganized, pointless mess with no clear purpose or criteria.
EPAM’s brutal process didn’t just waste my time—it destroyed my confidence. Because of their unfair, soul-crushing approach, I’m so shaken that I don’t even want to show up for my other interviews. This is entirely EPAM’s fault. They gave no explanation for the rejection, leaving me feeling worthless after pouring my heart into their process. It’s like they’re trying to break candidates instead of hiring them. EPAM needs to overhaul this awful system and start treating people with respect.
If you’re interviewing for this role, brace for a punishing experience that might leave you questioning your worth. EPAM doesn’t care about your effort.
