Even though this was a group interview, I felt very comfortable. They had a short presentation about the different kind of work their experience team does, then I talked about my experience in projects on which I had previously worked. I mostly discussed my role as a UI/UX designer for mobile apps and a unique challenge from one of my college courses. They value process and reasoning more than the final product, so you need to be able to go through a prototype and explain why certain elements or features were included, based on user-centered research. Then, I led a 15 minute whiteboarding challenge. There were key areas I needed to target, but otherwise there were no wrong answers. They got involved too to keep it conversational.
