Multiple interviews with senior managers, directors, and peer managers. In total, 5 hours of interviews. Very professional, wanted to ensure a solid fit. Interview panel was honest about the challenges and opportunities with the role.
I was unsure going into the interview if I 100% wanted the job, but came out excited about the possibility.

Interview
There was a phone screen with HR and proceeded with 2 interviews. The first interview was with the direct supervisor and the second interview was with the Director of the group. Everyone was very friendly and was open to providing tons of information about EPCOR.
