ETR interview questions

inappropriate questions, inappropriate behaviour, and calling 40 minutes late after setting up the initial interview. The questions asked were out of line, biased and not adherent to current policies and appropriate behaviours

3-step interview. 1. Recruiter and cultural fit 2. Pannel with direct manager and 2 other team members 3. Final round with COO/CTO 4 weeks total. Waited a week and a half after the final interview. Never heard back from anyone until I reached out myself and then was sent an automated rejection email with zero feedback.
