EVERFI interview questions

STAY AWAY! They will WASTE your time! A recruiter reached out to me stating that this company was looking for a designer. I submitted all necessary requirements to be considered. After review, I was scheduled an interview and they cancelled on me last minute, deciding to move forward with another candidate that they interviewed on the same day. I had spent a weekend out of my busy schedule to prepare a 50+ slide presentation for this interview. This is extremely unfair, highly unprofessional, and quite frankly disrespectful. They had made it clear that they wanted a hire that views their company as their first choice, and I made it clear to the team that they were my first choice prior to the interview. There were 3 members involved in this situation, one of which I believe is the hiring manager. However, I was told that the hiring manager was the one that made the final decision to cut the interview. Ironically, this company had listed "must be a great collaborator and communicator" as their top priority in the job description that I applied for. Yet, they showed no respect for their candidates and do not care about whether they waste your time. It is clear that employees are not valued at their organization and are just viewed as a cog in the wheel.
