Interview
Interview was 2 rounds. First one was technical interview with guesstimates and some some puzzles. The puzzles were straightforward and directly from the book. Also a few questions conceptiual questions were asked based on your resume and the projects mentioned in it.

Are you looking for good amount of coding experience at workplace? EXL does not have scope coding as much as some software companies.
good easy very basic stats, sql, python, Only focus on basic joins basic linear regression, classification. basic tableau. Nothing out of the blue no difficult question in any of the two technical n\rounds

2.cv, sql, guesstimate or case study
3 . HR round like they came in my college IIT delhi

Interview
There were 3 rounds. 2 technical 1HR. 1st Round - Resume Discussion 10 mins. 1 python question basic. 1 SQL question and 1 puzzle. 2nd Round was case study. The interviewer was very chill and helpful.
