EXL Service Programme Analyst interview questions

Smooth quick and transparency. I got the feedback from Hr side within 6 hrs. Also the offer letter in very short time of span. There were 2 technical rounds and one telephonic hr round.

Went through 3 rounds of interview ( technical, aptitude and HR), was asked profile related questions in terms of work, challenges faced. Technical round was focused around SAS questions and coding problems .. then i was asked situation based questions ... final round was more focused towards negotiations and stuff ... In the end the whole process was pretty smooth ..
