Le processus d'entretien d'embauche commence par la sélection des candidatures, suivie d’un premier échange téléphonique. Viennent ensuite un ou plusieurs entretiens individuels ou collectifs, parfois avec des tests. L’évaluation porte sur les compétences, la motivation et l’adéquation culturelle. Une fois le candidat choisi, une proposition formelle lui est faite.

Interview
The interview questions were emailed ahead of time, so you know exactly how to prepare and answer. It was extremely easy, all the questions were read off a sheet from the interviewer. If you prepare ahead of time, the experience is a cake walk.

Question 1
Explain if-else statements in computer programming.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eagle Creek Software Services (Vermillion, SD) in May 2019
Interview
I had four interviews as part of the hiring process, two technical and two more general. Interviews we separated by several days up to a week, the whole process took about a month. The technical questions were mostly about my background and specific problems I had encountered and their solutions; I didn’t get any “how would you sort this list” algorithmic sorts of questions (though I understand this may vary a bit by interviewer). The non-technical ones were pretty relaxed, seemingly a vibe check or “get to know you” sort of thing.
