first you meet the guest service manager. have a long time and they will ask you basic screening questions. if they like you they move you along to speak with the general manager.

I went on a hiring day they held in march and got an on the spot interview, they interviewed everyone who came in and the manager said they'd get back to me and call at the end of the week.
