the team were very welcoming and pleasant; a 15 minutes tour in the building, a half an hour lesson demo followed by an hour (about) interview with the management team.
got an offer in 2 days after the interview.

tell me how would you revise your lessons to meet the needs of diverse students
There were 3 rounds of interviews including a teaching demo and meeting with the head of school and dean of faculty. They asked me about myself and then asked a few questions beyond that in the first round.
