The interview process at EasyVista consists of four stages:
1. HR Interview:
This is a fairly standard interview, with common questions and no particular challenges.
2. Sales Director Interview:
Since this is the person you’ll be working most closely with, it’s important to be pragmatic and straightforward. Highlight your strengths clearly and listen carefully to their description of the role and expectations.
3. COO Interview:
A very detailed conversation with the COO, who tends to create a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. The questions are practical, focusing on your sales approach and deal management style. It’s also beneficial to show initiative—for example, by mentioning how you organize client events or pay attention to channel partnerships.
4. CEO Interview:
This is a more strategic discussion, where you should demonstrate how your personal values translate into tangible results. The questions are typically focused on long-term strategy rather than day-to-day execution, but you can also expect a few targeted questions aimed at understanding how you handle objections.
