Applied 30/04/2017 Skype interview followed by 2 seperate Onsite interviews The Skype interview was technical and very difficult. Asked questions about databases then followed by programming (some c++ stuff, never done c++ before) questions then finally 3 logic questions. These were all asked from a list of questions. The Skype interview was really difficult, was over an hour long but if you make it through then it's a good sign. The first onsite interview was about in the lobby cafe downstairs and the interviewer was really nice. They go through your cv in detail, Asking questions about group projects as well as HR questions. This was about an hour 45 minutes. After was invited to go up and see their offices, also went out onto the terrace area which was really cool. Was just discussing the environment at the office and what the work is like as well as allowing me to ask questions. The second onsite interview was with the managing director and if you reach this part it means that the previous interviewer really liked you and recommends you receive an offer. The interviewer will get a scope of your personality ask a few hr questions go through cv, similar to the last interviewer, then discusses the offer. This interview was like 10 minutes so nowhere near as long or intensive as the others. Accepted the offer and look forward to working at Eccella.
