No organization or structure to the questions. No consistency to the process at all. Lots of chit chat in between questions. One interviewer texted and played on Facebook while I was being interviewed.

Interview
Pretty standard interview. It was easy to schedule and pretty standard set of questions. Gave me a tour of the facility, and was able to meet people I would be working with.
