The second interview, with the Technology Director and Product Owner, focused on project management, agile ceremonies, and team collaboration, reflecting their dynamic, change-driven environment. I received a job offer but declined it due to unexpected relocation requirements, as I had initially believed it was a role I could handle remotely with occasional commutes to the office. Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the team and the company, and I was truly sorry that I had to turn down the opportunity.
