I applied on Craigslist and got a phone call from Laura, the only regional manager they had (at the time). She asked me a few questions and then I met her at the Bellevue store. The interview questions were very basic, nothing hard or challenging.

Interview
Easy, conversational interview at a local coffee shop. Mine was with the Store Operations Manager. She is very personable and easy to talk to. After my interview I received an offer from HR and they got me into the store and training almost right away.
