They reached out one week after I applied.
It was one of the Co-Founders, Ollie. I was thrilled with how humble he was through out the conservation as I showed him some shots of awesome things I have built with the technology they were interested in.
The next stage had the other co-founder, Philip(excellently technical), the lead developer (meteor ninja), Daishi and ofcourse, Ollie. We took a deeper dive into technicals(performance/scalability related problems).
After recording success here, I was asked to send in some code for review, then a live code session with a real problem
