I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Educurious (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The interview process included meaningful conversation with the CEO. It was relaxed, I was given plenty of time to ask questions and was provided clear and thoughtful answers. Based on our conversation it was evident that this is an organization who sets high goals, and not only cares about those they serve - but also those who work there.
I had a phone interview with the president of the company. We talked for about half an hour, very informally, like a conversation. Then I didn't hear back from the company for over a month, despite emailing the president and the HR person who arranged my interview. When I finally did hear back, it was a form response saying that they had decided not to interview me, even though they already had interviewed me. The process left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend applying for jobs with Educurious.
