First had a phone interview then an in person interview. Both with great, but the interviewer was very unprofessional. After a week of hearing nothing back, I sent a follow up email, got no answer, a week later I sent another one, then finally after 4 weeks of my in person interview they got back to me. I was not offered the position but I would have declined the offer if I was. I would not want to work for a company that is so unprofessional, unorganized and no sense of urgency.
