The fit test was fun. They have you identify errors on a variety of garments that are on mannequins. The only complex part of this was not having any experience with what their pattern making standards and fit standards were prior to this test. For example, all of the clothes looked boxy because this is the aesthetic of basic work wear garments. One garment apparently had too much fabric in the armpit, but because it all looked oversized to me, I missed that one. I did well though.
The personality test slammed me. They pay a lot of money to an outsourced company to conduct a personality profile and base most of their decision off of that. I was qualified but the HR rep explained that my profile didn't fit the "heads down" work environment of a technical designer and that data suggested I would get bored and unhappy within 6 months.
