Eficode Devops Engineer interview questions

I was contacted about one month after I applied. The e-mail apologised for the delay and invited me to an interview. The interview was odd, I did not say much at all, but it was a presentation of the company and the very lengthy hiring process. 2 interviews later I got a project to work on, about 2 months later, so in total 3 months after I applied I was about halfway through. By that time I got an offer somewhere else so I notified I am dropping off the hiring process. I was told they were not sure they wanted to hire someone for the position and they had a lot of discussions internally. While I liked their relaxed attitude on the interviews, I was a bit disappointed because I was basically kept in a lengthy hiring process with no clear transparency on whether they wanted to hire me, while I was honest about also having other hiring processes ongoing. Right now I am not looking for a job, but if I am in the future I think I will stay clear.
