1st stage: 30 minute screening with a member from the talent team. Talk about your reasons for applying, your experience and your salary expectations 2nd stage: 60 minute chat with an engineering manager. Mostly followed the "tell me about a time when..." structure with a few questions about your personal values etc. 3rd stage: Apparently a take home challenge. Both interviewers seem down to earth, the position sounds great and you begin to think this place might actually value their people. Until you get ghosted and your preparation and efforts until that point don't even warrant an automated message to tell you where you stand and you realise that unfortunately they are no different from the rest.
