Long proess. Was in the hiring process for 2 months with 5 interviews. Didn't get a lot of feedback and insight. Felt a little lead on with the consistent interviews.
1st interview - panel of 2 Development dires and senior lead
2nd round - panel of 2 senior development Directors
interview followed normal flow of introductions and started with discussing my resume
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2024
Interview
First was a call with a recruiter, then a 30-minute interview with the department lead and two panels with two people, an hour each. Panels were assigned one by one. In case you fail the first one, you are out of the competition.
