Love the culture, team, and collaborative culture! Benefits and perks are great. Work life balance

Cons

The buy out and leadership is changing unfortunately. They emphasize their focus is their own people and they won't make any changes but they are making quiet lay offs with and many talented folks being let go. Career opportunities and room to grow felt impossible
