I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Large company, other opportunities within the company

    Cons

Managers and colleagues are not tolerant to junior or new grads. They expect you to know too much for your first job. Pressure to get things done is insane (more than other companies) and micromanagement is a big thing.
