The interview process was smooth albeit a higher number of rounds than needed. This company has not fully embraced remote work despite its front banner on their career page stating so. The position I was offered is still open. I declined the initial offer I received because I did not want to relocate. I reached out to a recruiter almost a year later for the same role and the HM has still not changed their stance.
