Element5 Software Engineer Trainee interview questions

The interview process was well-structured and focused on evaluating both my technical and communication skills. I was asked questions related to my core concepts, especially in areas like Java, Spring Boot, and basic problem-solving. The interviewers were supportive and gave me enough time to think and answer. One thing I really appreciated was the behavior of the HR team. The HR was very friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They clearly explained the role, responsibilities, and next steps, which helped reduce any nervousness. Overall, it was a great learning experience, and I felt confident during the interaction. I’m excited about this opportunity and looking forward to starting my professional journey.

Overall three rounds. First one will be aptitude and second one will be coding plus logical reasoning round and last will be technical HR round. Overall experience was great and the HRs and managers are so friendly and hospitality is good
