Pretty sloppy, as other reviewers have pointed out. My guess is that, on the one hand the company knows it needs to grow but on the other hand either internal politics or burn rate is stalling any hiring. Recruiter seemed nice enough but couldn't explain why my follow up meeting, like another reviewers, was a no-show. If you already work at Flextronics it may be worth your time, otherwise chose something more exciting than supply chain management.
