The interview process started off great. I had three interviews within a month and a half, plus communication started off great! I was told they had a few more interviews before selecting their candidate and it should take one week. But after almost 2 weeks I emailed with a follow up (previously the weeks of my interviews I sent thank you emails as well just to show good faith and as a professional courtesy). THEY GHOSTED ME. I was pretty disappointed not just because I didn’t get the role but I found it very unprofessional as I knew I was one of the final candidates especially after receiving 3 interviews. I checked the LinkedIn and noticed the reposted the role and it seemed to collect traction by 1000+…. But I noticed rather than just searching in Michigan they opened it to a broader spectrum of just around the US. Then a few weeks later they reposted the role but as hybrid and slightly changed the work description. DONT APPLY… it appears they just keep reposting the role and slighting changing it every few weeks. They obviously do not know what they’re looking for or how to find a candidate. As a person with a HR Management experience and educational background experience this company locks communication and the ability to understand what’s needed in candidates when hiring for roles.

Very limited and delayed communication for over two months about the status of the role despite follow up with the hiring manager and in-house recruiter. They offer a feedback call about my application which I appreciated.

There were two interviews, the first with a team of people and the second with an outside consultant to conduct "match-making" between myself and the organization/manager to ensure a good fit. It was easy to schedule the interviews and they were timely in responding.
