Eli Global Healthcare Coder & Programmer interview questions

First of all we had to clear 2 rounds before reaching the interview round. First round was a Group Interaction round, where the HR checked the communication skills of the candidates and selected 2-4 from a group of 12 members. There were 11-12 groups and around 25 were selected for the next round. Second round was a professional email writing round. We were asked to write an email apologizing the client for delivering the wrong software. In this round, from 25 only 7 of us were selected. Final round was an Interview. It was a telephonic interview. Prior to the interview, the HR asked us some basic questions related to computers, like DOS commands, how to check the IP of a computer, how to open different windows applications through run, etc., though it was not an elimination round. Then it was time for telephonic interview. The call was connected to another recruiting HR who was in Delhi. The interview continued for around 10 minutes or so. The interviewer was checking technical skills as well as communication skills. First of all the interviewer asked to introduce myself. After that there was a technical round. I was asked questions from JAVA and networking. I was able to answer 2 questions correctly out of 4. Another question was partially correct and I was not sure of it. Finally, 2 of us made it and were selected. We were assured to receive the offer letter within 2 days, but its around 4 months, we haven't received anything.
