Applied online with Eli Lilly. Interviewed over the phone with a recruiter and then in person with a a manager and a regional director. All star based questions. Overall, really conversational and easy to talk to. Come prepared to discuss previous work experience and make an impression. Ultimately they went with someone with more experience.
