It was easy, they were nice and had lots of questions prepared. The interview process was short but the hiring process was long. Had to wait some time to start. It was worth it anyways.

Completely Behavioral. There was only one round of interview and results were informed within a week. We were called on campus for a visit after the company made the offer.
The interview process was easy for me. Through networking and use of connections, I landed an interview and got the opportunity/offer the very next day. Behavioral question tying past experiences with the work of Lilly is the best way to prepare for their questions.
