Interview
The process was very unorganized. It took weeks of going back and forth just to get an interview scheduled. It seems like maybe they are interviewing a lot or are preoccupied because the person I spoke with was saying we previously talked about things we hadn’t even spoken about.
Wasnt invited to give an interview. Wash annoying. I had a nice cover letter and a lot of relevant experience too. Alas I need a few more words to see gossip at my old companies
I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Usually starts with a phone screen with HR, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with a panel, and possibly a case study. Expect to be asked a series of behavioural questions in multiple interviews. Different teams will give their opinion to the hiring manager.
