I apologize that we didn't follow up with the interview. We make every attempt to respond to every applicant regarding their status, generally via e-mail. This one must have fallen through the cracks. As one of the owners I like to personally meet every applicant, and we do our best to be very respectful throughout the process. Regarding Taylor Swift - we try to do multiple interviews, by various leaders in our organization. In this case, the questioner was having a bit of fun, but when you see it show up on the internet, it seems pretty inept. As in, not relevant. We will not be asking that question again!
