Very easy process. They want to get to know you, past experience and see if you will match with the team and the way they work. It was very pleasant and relaxed. The HR are also very helpful during the process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Elizabeth Arden (Seoul) in Dec 2022
Interview
After being contacted by a search firm, I submitted my application and have successfully completed two rounds of interviews at the office. I was waiting for feedback regarding the next steps.
They first set you up with a meeting with the HR manager and if that goes well than they set you up with an interview with the Marketing Director/VP. The process took about a couple of weeks but was pretty standard.
