Easy process- more like a conversation not a hard interview at all. Came in one day and interviewed, heard back a few days later about an offer. Very relaxed environment.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Elizabeth and James in Nov 2017
Interview
Asked me barely any questions. I came in for an interview but it was them convincing me to take the job, rather than me asking about the job. I wasn't able to get a word in edgewise because they were so in need of getting people to accept their job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Elizabeth and James (New York, NY) in Sept 2015
Interview
I applied this position through a fashion internship website. Within a week I receive an interview request. The interviewer asked generic questions you should have prepared for fashion internship interviews. Even though I was not familiar with wholesale but I still got the offer.
