Just a phone interview. The position was posted on Craigslist, and I received a call for a manager and asked when I could start. Great job for college students or part-time people. I would recommend it if you need a job.

Interview
The interview process was very informal. I walked in and checked in with the hostess and soon after I met with the recruiting manager. We went in a private room where he asked me a couple questions about myself and if I had done any similar work. Over all the interview was easy going. It definitely was not intimidating and the person I spoke with was easy going and friendly.
