I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Emergency Reporting (Bellingham, WA) in Jul 2018
Interview
I had my first interview in July and was called back for a second in October where I was offered the job. I was able to interview with a few of the other people in Marketing that I would be working with which was great. Everyone was very friendly and kind as well. The manager was very understanding that most of my experience came from a school setting and I'm so glad that they took a chance on me as a student straight out of college!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emergency Reporting (Bellingham, WA) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was very thorough, and gave me a good insight into what working at ER would be like. I met with the marketing director and team, as well as others in the office and did about 3 interviews total. They asked thoughtful questions and had clearly studied my resume before hand which was nice, because I knew they weren't wasting my time.
