Eminence Organic Skin Care interview questions

Fairly standard, rote questions with a screen from HR, then with hiring manager, and then an exercise to assess technical capability. HR interview was focussed on confirming you have the right experience. The hiring manager interview was primarily around situational questions.

I got an interview in early February, but before I had a chance to demonstrate true potential, they decided to postpone the process — putting a hiring pause on hiring to “re-evaluate” their needs. A few weeks later, they finally reopened the position and contacted me, and after reading my application, they realized that I was not the type of person they were looking for at all. Frankly, it seemed like the candidate they chose had some advantages—advantages that I lacked.
