I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in Sept 2020
Interview
Fast paced and intense, the process gave me lots of information about the company and focussed on problem solving and personality rather than relevant skills and experience.
There was an initial phone screen which was took place 3 days after I applied. Following this I was invited to an (online) recruiting day which took place the following Friday. After a company presentation I was interview by people from the team where the role was based, an HR representative and also a country manager. this was spread across 4 interviews in an afternoon taking about 3.5 hours.
All the people I spoke to where super friendly and shared their very positive experiences of working at Emma. While the questions were tough I found that everyone I spoke to was very attentive and helped me understand how to answer the questions appropriately. I found the questions very challenging but fun as they forced me to look at how I dealt with tough situations in the past and how I used these for personal development.

Question 1
If you started your own company what values would it have?
When I arrived for the interview at Emma Sleep, I was warmly welcomed. After a brief introduction to the company, I introduced myself and answered questions. Then, I completed a small case study and asked my own questions.
It was a long process; with a whole afternoon of interviews, with employees from different areas, with many situational questions. In the end I got the answer if I passed or not.

Question 1
Which phisical gift would you give to the clients? And why?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Emma in Dec 2021
Interview
The process was quite long but interesting (I have added 4 different interviews with often the same question over and over again). All managers were really kind and professional.
I was very disappointed then when I finally did not get the job because of a reason that does not reflect my personality at all. "we were not sure whether you would adapt to our environment in terms of us lacking hierarchy and structure and being super-fast paced. " while I have discussed this with the general manager and I have very successful experiences with this kind of companies. I feel like HR doesn't really get full feedback from the interviews. I feel like I did 4 interviews for nothing since the result does not reflect the interviews content.
