I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Manila, Manila) in Jul 2020
Interview
It was very organized and done online. A recruiter guided me on my interview schedules and briefly provided background about the Interviewers. I suggest you also look up the name of your interviewers in LinkedIn to have an initial grasp of their field of expertise. Also please ask for a Job description from the Recruiter. Though they failed to provide me one, I requested for a brief summary and the recruiter willingly explained it to me.

Question 1
I did 3 sets of interviews with Emma:

Interview
Many interviews, long process they reply after a long time, then there is an online assessment and 4 more interviews. Overall the interviews are not too complicated and some of the interviewers are not interested in the process.

Interview
Multiple steps:
1. Online test, mostly mathematical, logical and methodical questions (sorting and calculating percentages, scheduling meetings in a team, etc.)
2. First interview (30 min), more general questions, CV is talked about, previous experiences, etc., Brain teaser and a percentage has to be calculated out loud (some % of 440)
3. Recruiting Friday (Introduction presentation followed by 3 interviews (around 1 hour each) back to back, with people from different teams.
CV was asked about in every interview, but the focus is on more behavioral and situational questions (what would you do if...)
Brain teaser (what would you do with scissors as a delivery boy) and percentages were asked again, some further creative questions, too
Also a case study about a sleep beer (decide if investment is worth it)
