Interview
1 - Initial screening interview;
2 - If you pass the initial screening you are then invited for the Hiring Day, which happens on fridays and takes around 4 hours to be completed.
2a. On the hiring day, you start with an initial introduction of the company and the company DNA with a group of other candidates.
2a. The second interview takes place with and HR professional and its aimed to check for problem solving and ways of thinking.
2b. The next interview is with possible future peers or leads. This part is aimed to get to know more about you, your background and the reasons you are joining.
2c. The final interview or step is wrap up of the previous one. Basically the interviewer will try to address points there were left open in the first interviews to understand if there is a red flag or not.
You will then be informed about the next step - which is basically waiting for a response, yes or no and the proposal.

Basically mind puzzles in the initial ones. Then, more practical questions related like "how would you handle Y scenario our X scenario". There is also a business case question designed to understand how you think.

Interview
The interviews were carried out with great professionalism. From the first contact, through the appointment booking and considering the materials sent to support the candidate during the interviews, to the feedback, which was given quickly and in a careful and rigorous manner.
The interviews took place casually, but rigorously, with time reserved for questions from the candidate.
