Literally horrible is the only way I can describe. I get an invitation to fill out the online assessment, never hear back. 3 months later get an email for an interview. 30 minutes, run of the mill. The next interview was a couple hours where I was to come up with product designs and ideas...for free. The questions were in depth and was given no head's up about this besides I didn't need to prepare anything special. Heard back after the process and was explicitly told they don't offer feedback. After applying, they require you to fill you a 12 minutes-50 questions Cognitive Assessment and a Behavioral Assessment before you can even speak with a human, if you ever get to do it at all. They don't consider your qualifications or experience until you complete the tests. I wouldn't recommend, it was waste of time. They should add they require such nonsense in the published position.

Very challenging, a great tip for the assessment is take your time, they value correct answers over the number of questions answered. Then you have an interview where they will try go get to know you but it is important to study about the company. Finally, you have 3 interviews in one day where they put through business cases, brain teasers etc...
