I was interviewed in Frankfurt am Main. The first step was a cognitive assessment test, which wasn't really easy, however, you needed to rely on your logic and mathematical abilities to pass it. The second step is a 20-minute interview with an HR employee. This one was extremely pleasant, the interviewer was joyful and interested in what I had to say. Overall, the atmosphere was great. At the end, I was told I would get my response within 1 week with feedback, regardless of whether I managed to advance or not. The next day, I woke up to an email in which I was declined and contained the reasons why I was rejected. I'm of the opinion that I managed to cover at least 4 out of 5 reasons during my interview. I'm so curious to find out based on which set of criteria they're choosing candidates. Now, I'm not allowed to apply in the next 6 months to any of their jobs.
