The interview process was fairly well done. I had a first meeting online with the teamlead to know each other a bit, after which I had a one day trial in location. Here I was given a couple of fun tests to resolve and an overview of my tasks.

No feedback after the interview. The interviewer was not very welcoming, but not rude either. It was an ok experience. Had to talk in English (we were both portuguese) for the whole time, which i understand.

The interview didn't match the job description, they asked me to develop a marketing strategy regarding their products in a sales perspective, making it really confusing for me as to what the end goal of the interview was to them.
