The interview went according to plan. The VP was very informative and he gave the history back and background of the company and how it was found it. The company is a striving company and will develop many more future jobs.

The initial interview is over the phone, from the recruiter. A basic introduction of yourself, really relaxed and informative. Followed by an in person interview with the VP, if there partners happen to be at the corporate office, your most likely taking a trip to meet them. The interview process is not a walk in the park, they want the best of the best.
