Interview
One phone interview with recruiter. One phone interview with PM. One in person interview with CIO. All interviews were engaging and company seemed interesting. The recruiter was honest and to the point. PM and CIO were very nice to speak with and certainly seemed interested in adding me to the team.

Interview
Very odd process. Interviewed with the co-cios. Strange structure. It felt like an interrogation more so than an interview with lots of questions about skills that we re already on the resume had they bothered to read.
Very impersonal and stoic. Described the culture as being that of a startup, but the company is 14 years old. Can't describe why but I got a very bad feeling.
