Empowered Systems interview questions

Applied via linkedin and received an email from a manager in the department offering a first interview/phone screen type meeting. Accepted and had a typical conversational first round to get aligned on the role description, my background, and fit. I thought the interview went well and we discussed next steps on meeting some additional members of the team for a more formal next round, but I never heard back.
